Your quote covers
Your quote lists the processor allocation, storage, traffic, location, operating system and backup scope. It also identifies any additional database, email, software or monitoring requirements.
If your application needs more memory, storage or specialist resources, we quote a configuration that fits. There is no need to buy an unsuitable plan to get the conversation started.
What management covers
Routine management
The monthly allowance covers agreed routine server tasks such as standard maintenance, configuration checks and supported updates. It resets each month and does not carry forward.
Additional work
Application development, incident recovery, substantial troubleshooting and third party licences are separate unless included in the quote. We confirm how your application data should be backed up rather than assuming every service is protected by a server backup.

Common questions
Is this an instant server order?
We assess and confirm the configuration before provisioning. This helps match the environment to your application and keeps the costs clear.
Are all resources dedicated?
The resource allocation and hosting architecture are listed in the quote. A VPS is a separate virtual environment; it does not automatically mean dedicated physical hardware.
Can you manage an existing server?
We can review an existing environment and quote suitable management after checking access, software and its current condition.
Is email included?
Email is only included when the agreed configuration explicitly lists it. Business mail can be quoted separately.
Can I stop a VPS subscription?
Ask us to confirm the cancellation date and data export needs before the next renewal. A server continues to incur charges until the service is formally ended under its agreed terms.
